At COLD CULTURE™, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your streetwear. If your order isn't perfect, we offer a 14-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all COLD CULTURE™ tags and labels are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
